Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning short-term actions with long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex strategic initiatives clearly.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading major organizational transformations.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business, Tech, or Policy) preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
- Experience with emerging tech trends (GenAI, Web3, IoT) is a significant plus.
