Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainable Architecture
- 8+ years experience in large-scale infrastructure design with climate resilience focus
- Advanced certification in LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar sustainability credentials
- Proficiency in BIM/CAD tools and digital twin simulation platforms
- Proven track record in circular economy implementation for construction
- Expertise in integrating IoT sensors and smart grid technologies
- Strong background in public-private partnership project delivery
- Published research in sustainable infrastructure or climate adaptation preferred
