Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors promptly.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT) during all interactions.
- Assist in the implementation of new software patches and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, depending on role specifics).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
