Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new software and security protocols.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and cable management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
