Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends through 2026 (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, engineering, and product teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision insights to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in dynamic environments
