Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label products accurately for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory management systems.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering inquiries and processing returns.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
