Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions, including printers, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all technical support tickets in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware and software applications for staff.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
