Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system crashes efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations and peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on company devices and servers.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
