Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper inventory tagging and organization.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to the inventory manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
