Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure timely processing.
- Sort, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners) safely and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in inventory audits and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Maintain safety compliance by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
