Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain organized warehouse shelves.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexible availability during weekdays for training.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
