Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming freight to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are shipped on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be available for immediate start and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
