Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings/nights)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
