Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using proper safety protocols and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (including forklifts) safely and according to regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
