Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately to meet our clients' demands.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
