As a key member of our Phoenix operations team, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are processed efficiently and accurately. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or loss.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
