Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and labeling accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
