Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during overnight shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
