Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision for shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification
- Background check and drug screen required
