Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is strongly preferred.

- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
