Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for employees with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle urgent technical issues.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a major plus.
