Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy machinery and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and increase production efficiency.
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Track inventory and assist in inventory management as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not always required.
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
