Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. You will ensure that products are handled with precision, organized efficiently, and shipped to our clients on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations for e-commerce orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime when needed.
