Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent workplace accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills required for inventory and billing purposes.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, PA facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
