Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stockroom organization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to time schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required for all entry-level roles).
