- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming packages using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Parkway location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
