Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including verifying bills of lading.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
