- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.

- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
