Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight from delivery trucks efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move heavy materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.
- Handle returns and damaged goods appropriately and document all transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time shifts, including weekends as needed.
