Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and tidy to ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
