Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in packing orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
