Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, including verifying manifests.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to update inventory status.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
