Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, adhering to all weight restrictions.
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock management duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and package verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
