Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock against manifests and perform cycle counts accurately.
- Material Handling: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks and cleaning of warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
