Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and scanning orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and regular cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) proficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels, barcodes, and safety signage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia job site.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
