Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) preferred or willing to obtain.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
