Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure production targets are met daily.
- Handle physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
