Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S principles.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
