Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage areas.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to loading dock regulations.
- Assist in the organization of new stock and the removal of damaged goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
