Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner using industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, check, and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
