Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
