Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory audits.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials (Certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
