Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move goods.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts, receive shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for some roles.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
