Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld scanning devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
