Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
