Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (reach trucks, forklifts) to move inventory.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
