As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the backbone of our weekend logistics, ensuring products are processed, sorted, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the scanning, sorting, and verifying of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as trained.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.
