Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding equipment handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
