Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Perform quality control inspections on products before they are packaged.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
