Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor, aisles, and staging areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
